1. General Refund Rules

At Jai Game, all transactions and entries into casual games are final. However, if there is an error in transaction processing due to technical failure on our end, the funds will be credited back to your Jai Game wallet or original payment method.

2. Cancellation of Games

In the event that a game or tournament is cancelled by Jai Game due to technical issues, server crashes, or maintenance, all entry fees paid by the users for that specific game will be fully refunded to their wallets.

3. Disputed Transactions

If you believe you have been wrongfully charged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction at support@jaigame.com, along with relevant screenshots.
